Sora is now breathing on cpap! Which means she is not receiving any helper breaths from a ventilator just a pressure that helps her lungs stay partially expanded. She is doing so well and was moved on Saturday to a new room that we really love with a little roommate that is her size. She is now up to 20ml of milk every 3 hours and is getting probiotics.
It is so exciting that she is doing well but it is still nerve racking every day. Every time her belly looks a little bloated or her O2 has to be turned up we start to stress. These are things to be expected but it is still so hard. We just cannot wait for her to come home.
She still loves being held and we are reading to her Pipi Longstocking. She is so strong and keeps lifting up her head and trying to turn herself around.
Weight: 1070 grams
Length: 14.5 inches
