Miss Lulu is not a morning baby. When the lights got turned on and I rolled her onto her back to change her diaper she covered her eyes and tried to go back to sleep.

She got a blood transfusion today. This is the second one. She kept having lots of As and Bs so they ran a test and found out she is anemic again. The transfusion completed at 6pm and she was full of energy after. I love seeing my fiesty girl. She is starting to suck on her fingers some and it’s so cute!

I got to hold her from 7:30pm until 10pm. It was so nice and she did so well.

She was pretty antsy and wanted to change positions a lot and after a little while I realized her air going into her nose sounded really quiet. She was breathing great the whole time but out of no where she started to cry and wiggle. I checked her tubes for air and it was kinked! She was doing pretty good without it but once that rush of air hit her it surprised her and she jumped.

She did great the rest of the night!
